These terms apply to your use of this website. By using it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean CaseSage.
1. The website is information, not an offer
This site describes CaseSage and what it does. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, and prices, plans and features may change. If your firm licenses CaseSage, the license agreement your firm accepts governs the software, and it takes precedence over anything on this site.
2. Not legal advice
We are a software company, not a law firm. Nothing on this site is legal advice, including anything about professional-responsibility rules or the use of AI in legal practice. Your firm should make its own judgment and consult its own advisers.
3. Using the site
You may use this site to learn about CaseSage and to contact us. Please do not:
- attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it;
- scrape or copy the site in bulk, or use it to build a competing product;
- send us anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share. In particular, please do not send client files or privileged material through our forms or email.
4. Our content and trademarks
The text, design, illustrations and software on this site belong to CaseSage or its licensors. CaseSage and its logo are our trademarks. Some photographs are used under the licenses of their sources. Other names, such as Needles, are trademarks of their respective owners, and their mention does not mean they endorse or are affiliated with CaseSage.
5. What you send us
If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them to improve CaseSage without owing you anything for them. How we handle information you send us is described in our privacy policy.
6. Links
Links to other websites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. No warranties
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Descriptions of the software are summaries; the license agreement and documentation are what count.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, and our total liability for any claim about the website is limited to one hundred US dollars. This section does not limit anything in a signed agreement between your firm and us.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which CaseSage is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. (To be confirmed by counsel once the company is formed.)
