How it works
From your folders to answers, without a sales call.
CaseSage arrives as a ready-made server image. You point it at the case files you already have, and it does the rest inside your network.
-
Size it with the free pre-flight app Coming soon
A small Windows app your IT person runs once. It points at your case share, counts what is there (documents, scans, audio and video), detects your case-management system, and recommends the server size and plan that fit. It makes no network calls except the checks you ask it to run on your own network.
-
Install the CaseSage server
CaseSage ships as a prepared virtual machine for the hypervisors firms already run, or as a standard install on your own Linux server. The settings the pre-flight app collected carry straight into the first-run setup.
-
Let it read
CaseSage mounts your case share read-only and works through it: extracting text, running OCR on scans, transcribing recordings, and building its search index and summaries. Big archives take time; you can search what is done while the rest continues.
-
Try everything, free
Every new install starts with a full-featured trial, add-ons included, so you see Mailroom and your case-management connector working on your own files before you choose a plan.
-
Subscribe, and keep going
Pick your plan and add-ons. Your permanent license is delivered to the server, and the index you built during the trial carries straight on. Nothing to re-run.
What you need
- A server or virtual machine on your network. Small firms can start modestly; large archives need more, and the pre-flight report tells you how much.
- A graphics card (GPU) for AI features at full speed. Without one, keyword search and OCR work from day one, and AI features switch on when a GPU is added.
- A read-only account for your case share.
- Optional: read access to your case-management system for the connector.
What you don't need
- A cloud account, or any upload of client files.
- To move, rename or re-file anything. CaseSage works on your files where they are.
- Per-user licenses. Everyone at the firm can use it.
- A long sales process. You can do every step above yourself, and we are here when you want help.
Updates and support
Updates install with one button from the admin screen, and can be applied offline for networks with no internet access. Your subscription keeps updates and support coming. If it ever lapses, CaseSage keeps running and keeps receiving security updates. It never switches off.
